I'm Hallie and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I've worked in the field for more than 5 years now. I received my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University. I initially trained in substance abuse programs and learned extensively about treating trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and identity issues.
I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors.
I use a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
