Peer Support Groups for Queer adults
Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. The LGBTQ+ support group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.
Staring in January of 2025, we began hosting a monthly Queer support group designed to support adults coping with identity-related stress given the uncertainty and changes of our current political landscape.
